Jason and I have known each other for several months. The couple wanted to do a winter photo shoot so they had photos for Save the Date cards. Man was it cold outside. I mean you know it’s cold when the snow crunches under your feet and the tip of your nose tingles within minutes of being exposed to those temperatures. We decided on several different shooting locations in an attempt to get the best photos and to keep as warm as possible. I was a little concerned when the couple pulled into my driveway and Kristina exited the couple’s car wearing a down vest. Kristina was a real trooper and despite her feet going numb several times we pulled off the shoot. We were so lucky to have had the awesome light we had all day.
This engagement session was shot almost entirely in Niagara County with the exception of the shots of this bridge. We started in Tonawanda, NY., traveled to Lockport, NY, then moved on to Olcott, NY, Wilson, NY and we wrapped up at Bond’s Lake Park in Sanborn, NY.
I love this bridge in Tonawanda. I affectionately refer to it as the “bridge to nowhere.” The bridge is leftover from another era and compliments the history of the area.
This photo was shot from the top floor of an old, unused parking garage in Lockport, NY.

Kristina and Jason I had so much fun with you guys and look forward to the wedding.

Thanks everyone for reading. Keep coming back.
