1. It’s different everyday.
2. I meet some really cool people – and even if they’re not that cool…see #1.
3.There is always something new to learn. A new program or technique that I’m stoked to try out.
4. I get more gratitude than I did when I was doing social work.
5. I smile when I’m working hard even when I’m not aware of it. At the end of a wedding my face hurts as much as my feet.
6. This job feels natural to me.
7. Because I get to hang with some incredibly cool people.
8. Because I will succeed or fail on my own merit alone.
9. Because I love hearing, “This photo is so my son/daughter! You captured who they are perfectly!”
10. I get to meet such amazing people who appreciate the work I produce.
11. I love creating a photo a family can really see themselves in.
12. My commute is short because I work from home.
13. It gives me such a great view of humanity. I get to see the real person that most people don’t get to see.
14. My high energy levels are actually worth having.
